On the day after actually settling in, Dad and company took us out on a nice drive, and we went on a swamp tour. First swamp tour in five years.

Our first flight was actually to Dallas, then to New Orleans. That one was delayed for 7 hours, so I spent a LOT of time running amok in the airport.
Not much happened in the airport, but I kinda took a couple of window shots. (smaller here for bandwidth sake) This is what I got:

Pretty all my life, every year, I go on a vacation at least 100 miles away from where I usually live. This year, I went to my hometown, New Orleans. I spent 6 days with my dad over there.
Right now (as in RIGHT now) I’m getting the 500-some pictures off my camera. Posts will come soon, one per day of my trip.
